Opening a CEF Savings or Term Deposit Account

If you are new to Church Extension and would like to start a CEF Savings Account or open a Term Deposit you must complete the forms below and mail or fax the originals to us:

If you wish to have your funds deposited by Electronic Funds Transfer, the following form must be completed and returned (mail or fax) to us with a VOID cheque:
