Opening a Tax Free Savings Account (TFSA)

If you are new to Church Extension and would like to start a Tax Free Savings Account (TFSA) you must complete the forms below and mail or fax the originals to us:

If you wish to do have your funds deposited by Electronic Funds Transfer, the following form must be completed and returned (mail or fax) to us with a VOID cheque:

EFT Form – Pre-Authorized Debit / Credit Agreement
